Acceptance
By using Remixify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Remixify does
Remixify is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You submit text content and the Service generates reformatted outputs for different platforms (X threads, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, etc.).
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier.
- Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or malicious material.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs generated for you. You grant Remixify a limited license to process your submitted content solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
Free tier and usage limits
The free tier includes 5 remixes per day. We reserve the right to modify limits with reasonable notice. Abuse of free-tier limits may result in account suspension.
AI-generated outputs
Outputs are generated by AI. Remixify does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and any use of generated outputs. AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, biased, or inconsistent.
Intellectual property
Remixify, its branding, and all proprietary technology belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology beyond using the Service as described.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remixify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Remixify operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
